Do I need an account to buy?

How do I message a seller?
Use “Chat with seller” on any listing, or open the chat from your order. Every chat is tied to a listing or order, and phone numbers, outside payment details and passwords are blocked to keep you safe. Read: Using CoreGamers fairly →
Who am I buying from?

Payments & Currency
How can I pay?
Cards with 3D Secure 2, PayPal, crypto, and UPI if you’re in India. Paying with crypto gets you 4% off. Read: Paying →
Why do I see two prices?
Prices are set in USD. We show your local currency first, with USD alongside, so you know both. Read: Prices and currency →
Which currency am I charged in?

Delivery
How are accounts delivered?

What counts as delivered?

Do I have to share my login for a boost?

How long are accounts covered?

What isn’t covered?
Late claims, accounts not secured within 24 hours, shared logins, publisher bans, your own device or email being compromised, and anything added after delivery. Read: Covered and not covered →
What is CorePower+?

How do I file a claim?
Use the claim page within your protection period, with your order ID and screenshots. Read: How claims work →
Selling
When do I get paid?
In one release, 14 days after delivery or completion, if there is no pending claim against you. This is the same for every category. Read: Payouts →
How do I become a seller?
Apply from “Become a seller”. You’ll complete KYC and tell us about your selling experience, and our support team reviews it before you can list. Read: Who can sell →
Are taxes deducted?
