You buy from independent sellers through CoreGamers. You see the full price, with all taxes, before you pay. Sellers are paid only after delivery and a hold period. What happens if something goes wrong depends on what you bought, and is explained on our protection, refund and delivery pages.
1. Who you’re buying from#
Each listing shows the seller’s name, business address and contact details. Your purchase is a contract between you and that seller. CoreGamers runs the marketplace, the checkout and the protections described below.
2. Prices and currency#
- Prices are set in US dollars (USD).
- We show prices in your local currency with USD alongside, for example “₹24,150 (≈ $289.00)”. Rates come from [FX PROVIDER] and refresh every [FX REFRESH MINUTES] minutes. [FX MARKUP DISCLOSURE]
- You are charged [CHARGE CURRENCY: USD or your local currency].
- The final price, including all taxes, is shown before the pay button. Tax depends on your billing country, not on the currency you choose to view.
3. Paying#
- We accept cards with 3D Secure 2, PayPal, crypto (via [CRYPTO PAYMENT PROVIDER]), and UPI (India only).
- Pay with crypto and get 4% off your order total. The discount is shown at checkout before you pay. Crypto payments are priced in USD and converted at checkout at the rate shown. Accepted coins and networks: [ACCEPTED COINS AND NETWORKS]. Send the exact amount on the network shown; payments sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
- Payments are processed by [GATEWAY NAMES]. CoreGamers never stores card numbers.
- Orders over [ID CHECK THRESHOLD] may need a quick identity check before delivery. If we can’t verify an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
4. Publisher risk#
Before paying, you’ll be asked to confirm you’ve read the Publisher Risk Notice. The box is never ticked for you.
5. What you get, by category#
Accounts
Delivered through the Secure Handover and covered by free CorePower Protection for 14 days. You can add CorePower+ Extended Protection at checkout.
Boosting
Completed as described on the listing. A duo-only option, where you play together and never share your login, is available. Boosting isn’t available in South Korea.
Coaching
Held at the time you book. You can reschedule for free up to [RESCHEDULE HOURS] hours before the start.
Coins and items
Delivered in-game, as described on the listing.
6. Cancelling and refunds#
You can cancel for a full refund any time before delivery. After delivery, refunds are given under CorePower Protection, CorePower+ or the delivery guarantee for other categories. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. If something goes wrong#
Please contact us first, or file a claim. We can usually fix things faster than a bank dispute. If you do open a payment dispute, we share our delivery records with the bank or payment provider. Using your legal right to dispute a payment never removes your protection.
8. Account and age#
You need a CoreGamers account to buy, and you must be 18 or older.
