The short version
If you own rights in a game, trademark or artwork and a listing on CoreGamers infringes them, report it here. We review reports within [TAKEDOWN RESPONSE DAYS] days.
1. Who can report#
The rights owner, or someone authorised to act for them.
2. What to include#
- Who owns the rights.
- The work or trademark concerned.
- The link to the listing.
- Why you believe it infringes.
- A statement of good faith, and your contact details.
3. Send a report#
Report received. Reference [TICKET ID]. We’ll respond within [TAKEDOWN RESPONSE DAYS] days.
4. What happens next#
We review the report, and if it’s valid we remove or disable the listing and tell the seller.
5. Counter-notice#
A seller who believes a listing was removed by mistake can reply to [IP EMAIL] with an explanation within [COUNTER-NOTICE DAYS] days. We review it and may restore the listing.
6. False reports#
Reports must be accurate. Knowingly false reports may lead to action against the reporter’s account.
