Every account you buy comes with 14 days of free CorePower Protection. If the previous owner gets the account back through the game publisher’s support, we replace it or refund you. To stay covered, secure the account within 24 hours of delivery.
1. What it is#
CorePower Protection is free on every account order. It starts at the delivery time shown in your order record and lasts 14 days. It applies to accounts only. Boosting, coins, coaching and items have a separate delivery guarantee.
2. Covered and not covered#
Covered
- A previous owner gets the account back through the game publisher’s support.
- The claim is made within 14 days of the delivery time in your order record.
- You secured the account (email changed to yours, 2FA on) within 24 hours of delivery.
Not covered
- Claims made after the deadline.
- Accounts not secured within 24 hours.
- Logins shared with anyone else.
- Bans, suspensions or resets by a game publisher.
- Your own device or email being compromised.
- Progress or items added after delivery.
3. The 24-hour rule#
Within 24 hours of delivery, make sure the account email is yours (this happens during the Secure Handover) and turn on two-factor authentication. If you can’t do this in time, contact us before the 24 hours are up.
4. What you get#
- A replacement account of equal or higher value comes first.
- If we can’t find one within [REPLACEMENT DAYS] days, we refund the price you paid.
- Each order gets one replacement or one refund, not both.
- Refunds go back in the currency you were charged, for the amount you were charged.
5. How claims work#
- 01File a claim
Use the claim page within your protection period. Add your order ID and screenshots of the lost access.
- 02We review it
We check your claim against the order and handover records within [CLAIM REVIEW HOURS] hours.
- 03Replacement first
If approved, you get an account of equal or higher value.
- 04Or a refund
If no replacement is found within [REPLACEMENT DAYS] days, you get back the price you paid.
Please only claim for a real access problem. False claims are declined and can lead to account suspension.
6. Want longer cover?#
At checkout you can add CorePower+ Extended Protection, which extends the same protection from 14 days to [PLUS DAYS] days. It’s optional.
