CoreGamers is a marketplace that connects people who buy and sell game accounts, boosting, coins, coaching and items. You must be 18 or older. Play fair: no scams, no stolen goods and no deals outside the platform. If you break these rules, we can limit or close your account.
1. Who we are#

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses CoreGamers. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Buying is also covered by our Terms of Sale, and selling by our Seller Agreement.
2. Our role as a marketplace#
CoreGamers is an intermediary. Independent sellers list their accounts, services and items, and buyers purchase them through our platform. Each seller is responsible for what they list and for delivering it.
We run the checkout, process payments through our payment providers ([GATEWAY NAMES]), release payments to sellers under the Seller Agreement, manage the Secure Handover, and handle claims under our protection terms. If CoreGamers itself is ever the seller of a listing, the listing will say so.
3. Who can use CoreGamers#
- You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and block anyone under 18. If we find an account belonging to someone under 18, we close it.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
- Some categories aren’t available everywhere. Boosting is not available in South Korea. [OTHER REGION RESTRICTIONS, IF ANY]
4. Your account and security#
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Keep your password private. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to everyone and required for sellers.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has access, tell us right away at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
5. Using CoreGamers fairly#
Use CoreGamers only to buy and sell lawfully, and treat other people with respect. Keep all conversations and payments on the platform. Our buyer–seller chat is moderated, and we block phone numbers, payment details and links that try to move a deal off CoreGamers.
6. What you must not do#
- Commit fraud, including using stolen cards or someone else’s payment account.
- Phish for passwords or ask for login details outside the Secure Handover.
- Pay or get paid outside CoreGamers for a deal that started here.
- List or buy stolen, hacked or recovered accounts or items.
- File false claims or pull back an account after selling it.
- Sell or use cheats, bots, hacks or exploits.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Attack, scrape or overload the site, or open new accounts to get around a ban.
- Anything listed in Prohibited Items & Conduct.
7. Game publishers#
CoreGamers isn’t affiliated with any game publisher. Many publishers don’t allow buying, selling or transferring accounts, currency or items, and publisher actions aren’t covered by our protection. Please read the Publisher Risk Notice before you buy.
8. Suspension and termination#
If you break these terms or the law, or to protect other users, we may warn you, limit features, hold payouts while we investigate, suspend your account or close it. We’ll tell you why, unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.
You can appeal by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL] or to our Grievance Officer. You can close your account at any time. What happens to your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limits on our liability#
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

10. Content and trademarks#
Game names and trademarks belong to their owners. You keep the rights to screenshots and text you upload, and you allow us to show them on CoreGamers to run the marketplace. If you think a listing infringes your rights, use our IP & Trademark Takedown page.
11. Governing law and disputes#
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], India have jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Before going to court, please contact us or our Grievance Officer. Most problems are solved faster that way.
12. Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms. For important changes, we’ll email you and show a notice on the site at least [NOTICE DAYS] days before they apply. The date and version at the top of this page always show the current terms.
